Ensures you are fully operational and technically efficient
Hardware & Environment Setup

Workstation distribution. Installation of PaleoScan™ and other supporting software, datasets and licenses. Secure access to data repositories and collaborative applications (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive). Infrastructure access including VPNs and remote desktops (when applicable).

Software & Technical Support

Assistance with installations, updates and patches (with Mentor). Rapid-response troubleshooting (MC2IT).

Bridges the gap between theory and real-world application
Technical Guidance

Dedicated mentor throughout onboarding. Help understanding basic to advanced real-world interpretation workflows in PaleoScan™. Guidance on best practices (fault interpretation, RGT workflows, QC, etc.).

Project Onboarding

Walkthrough of active or past projects. Gradual increase in responsibility: shadow → contribute → lead parts.

Client-facing Development

Coaching on presenting results to clients. Exposure to consulting-style problem solving.

Feedback & Growth

Regular informal feedback loops. Advice on specialization areas (structural, stratigraphic, reservoir, etc.).
